Sealzit, a blacktop sealer, seals and protects asphalt against damage from sun, water, oil, gasoline, acids, and de-icers. The blacktop sealer is a coal tar pitch emulsion with organic polymer, mineral fillers, and other additives formulated to provide the best possible protection for asphalt pavements. Although non-tacky when dry, it remains completely flexible and seals in the resiliency of the oxidation, cracking and pot-holing. This latex fortified blacktop sealer dries to a luxurious black, giving pavement a rich velvety surface which enhances the beauty of surrounding lawns, landscaping, and buildings.
